I think you might be on the money. I came into GNM not too far back, with an open mind.
Strike #1 for me was the price action & selling prior to the CR which (at least IMHO) showed systematic selling leading into that announcement & indicated a somewhat leaky ship. I wasn't certain, but it didn't look good.
Strike #2 was the balls-up with the Big Rush announcement, a significant error on the ASX announcement really derailed buyer confidence and as a result the share price was sold down instead of up after that news. That showed a lack of governance and/or experience.
I don't wait around for strike three, I took a small loss & bailed shortly after than announcement. It's unlikely that I'll make any more posts on this stock, but I wanted to let others know that I can see problems with management and/or disclosure.
