45.84% (44m) shares are now under voluntary escrow until end of March 2020, Nir and Roee's holdings are locked in until Sep 2020. There are a couple of conditions but nothing unusual from my read.
Interesting ann for a couple of reasons. No real flags here of anyone having sold down majorly.
This could be the last piece before a decent sales ann comes through. It provides the foundation that any sales ann isnt just a pump and dump as most of the majors are locked in.
