It seems both new substantial shareholders increased their holdings in the recent cash raise via placement to sophisticated/professional investors.
Allotment of new shares was 1/8/13 when
A j elks,investor, picked up 75 mill new shares
Feitelson group,investment manager, picked up 33.3 mill new shares.

All directors of cxy participated in the placement,subject to shareholder approval being received at an EGM to be called shortly.(NO DATE YET)
