Why is BL quoting Para 7 from Feb 2015 and not Para 83 from 30 days ago? Which is also more money than this offer. Spin?

I spoke to another shareholder who's spoke with AF and said he's willing to put in writing that APAC isn't out for control. I'll confirm later myself.

What's most disappointing is the first announcement from BL/ABM Since the T/O panels reasons..he takes NO responsibility or admits that he didn't try and get a REAL funding offer and went straight to PRC.
Or that he's done nothing wrong.
He truly has no shame.

Good news is we now have 2 brokers offering 10-14M offering renounceable rights.
Maybe A new BOD can find better deal? Now that the cat's out of the bag.

I still think we need to look at Bob's idea about bring in a partner for underground mining. This might cost us 0 and bring in 10-20M with no RI.

Just vote and get BL and PRC away from this company.
