patience. So far they have accumulated without pushing up the share price. This will change as they snap up more shares and the sellers become less happy to sell at such a big discount. Every share they buy at a discount adds to the nta of the remaining shares. If they hit it to hard upfront they may scare sellers off and that will mean they end up paying more than what they believe they can get them for by taking only a percentage of the daily trading volume.
