That's a very conservative price target by Hartleys. If zola and ringwood have the goods I would say CXO should be between 25 -70 cents range this year.
Shares outstanding = 374.5 mill. In my opinion the share price will move very quickly due to the low shares in the market. Corner stone investors won't be to far away. Just need good hits at Zola or Ringwood.
