Well, at least the SP hasn't gone down. Not sure what returned to AVE means in the Daptomycin summary. Nothing we didn't already know or suspect. Still, if we can find a suitable manufacturer for Daptomycin then NDA approval doesn't seem to far away. I think previous posts suggested about 12 months if all goes well. An announcement of a partnership should see the share price increase to levels that may not dilute the share value in a scary way if a CR is required? Strides seems like the best fit as a partner but are they may be asking for to much? Hence, No Deal!
