The good out weights the bad here. This is part of the non compliance with CBI and they have been "proactive" with their notification being appreciated by FCA. Hopefully this will speed up the process with CBI and they will issue a compliance.
No loss of money just security for compliance.
I know the deal struck yesterday is for Northern Ireland. I just can't see a neighboring government close to the CBI compliance, sign a deal with a company that would be losing a license. If anybody would be in the know......they would.
