There are still significant earnout fees to be paid by EML to the prior owners of PFS so it’s not 100% accurate to say that they can’t adjust the price to be paid. If the PFS segment was to take a hit to revenue, or past revenues are adjusted then if earnings milestones are not reached then the payouts might be reduced or negated.
