I have little knowledge of regulatory complexities as outlined in this release, but despite management trying to reassure that market that any cost will be worn by previous ownership, it just adds another layer to the thesis that PFS has been a risky acquisition, despite the price paid.
Not sure this is going to be received well at all by the market considering the existing regulatory question mark that hovers over the business.
