But you are inferring the opposite, ROG as the acquisitor? Where do we get the funding for such a deal or ROG needs to have a CR to achieve the goals, if ROG CR then it will dramatically dilute the shares? surely with the current cash reserve ROG has, it is simply impossible to acquire any without the above? Or are you suggesting an equal share swap with ROG coming out with better assets and future income potential?
