They haven't conducted an EPT yet and thus don't even know whether Viva will accept the waxy sludge because == "all crude produced subject to specifications" ..........
The waxy sludge will boil up nice and good in the refinery - Viva is rolling out the red carpet to receive the waxy goodness from ROG
