@.005c it was $26,510,000 which is the price you should've used. (and deliberately mis-leading people by reducing ROGs value by over $5M does NOT give you any credibility, AT ALL!!) that is about a -20% FALSITY!!
@.004 it was $21,208,000 (still OVER your crap of a Valuation)
