I agree. The truth about acquisitions, other than one failed bid and mention of them in the quarterly, there has been little information provided. I understand that a share price can see increased volatility if they release an announcement every time they bid for something or announce interest in an asset, but we have received very little information about what is happening.
From the interviews I have seen, the company is shifting its focus to acquiring new assets, but the announcements don't reflect that. ROG definitely needs a lesson in how to manage their announcements, so shareholders know what they are thinking.
