Well my thoughts are.. 'once'!! .. we get to the stage where an aquisition has been found and suited to the Company's portfolio and structure moving forward and only when all Sensitive and positive steps have been undertaken behind the scenes with negotiations / prices etc, it will be only then that we will get to know about it in an announcement.
It would be very counter productive and unprofessional if ROG were to announce something that might fall over because it was too early in negotiations(just to appease shareholders) We don't want to see a negative strike against the Co (Failed)! not a good look!
I have 100% faith in AK with what ever strategy he's developing moving forward...already a huge shift in the company's future with Contracts signed sealed and delivered with Viva and Origin..Tick
An aquisition is going to cost $$$$$$$$$$ so maybe he is aligning it with when we start to see Revenue coming in from Viva and Origin!
Who knows if he is still actively looking for an aquisition at this stage??
It would be great to be informed from a company announcement to share holders what we can expect with ROG's plans moving forward.
