I'm not sure but I think one BCF (Billion Cubic Feet) doesn't equal one billion cubic meters (would be nice). They are different units (I think). To convert - 1 cubic foot = 0.0283168 cubic meters. Using 18 BCF from the Yarrow field and 20 BCF from the Flax oil field together = 38 BCF, as you said so 38 BCF to cubic meters is 38 BCF * 0.0283168 cubic meters = 1.076 billion cubic meters. I might be completely wrong though. In any event, a great news day!
