I don't know David personally either, and he may well be a very good geologist, perhaps may also make a great CEO. Based on his resume and experience however, his ability to be a successful CEO is unproven. I'm unsure that his appointment will instill a great deal of confidence in prospective investors, but he was handpicked by AS and Co, and will obviously get an opportunity to prove himself.
Irrespective of the CEO appointment, an early stage nickel explorer in Tanzania does not fit within my investment strategy, therefore I won't be participating in the Innogy IPO.
