Strange "reduced price" commentary for an IPO. There is no legacy - reduced price as compared to what?... At admission, $9-12M MC, $4-5M EV. Very good value, if you rate the discovery potential of the ground.

As far as I can see, there is no real separation between EGR and general applicants. 25-40M IPO shares will be placed.
I think the capital will be raised with ease. Minimum $5M - large landholding, prospective Ni ground. Not underwritten. I'm not sure how many EGR holders will partake in the "priority offer" though.
