    Oh wow... that changes a lot of things... I put in my projections that 0.48% is including the seed funds. Thought about going in again, but I guess, I will just let it slide for now pending further development.

    Althought you guys do have a point, these guys are not in place to negotiate. SWF is just a taker at the moment, not a giver.
