Bottom line is.....a sales rep calls a Dr., says this is what our product does....and the Dr.(who's never heard of it before) decides whether to use it, or not.
Word of mouth spreads, between Dr's and patients, if the product is good. Sales increase.
If you think IIQ's products are good....then you won't be cynical.
