The ClickVu Digital Marketplace Platform should launch "running" with Comply Path's market share of the superfund market at 15% of Australia's working population (1.9 million workers), then add on IP1's market share, so you would expect a ready made audience and revenue in the door immediately!
I imagine the ClikVu platform could launch with over 3 million users/subscribers this year or early next year!

This merger definitely strengthens IP1's position in hosting products and services with the ClickVu Digital Marketplace along with many more individual specialised complementary services from each company!
