I think Mota is doing a reasonable job at getting the house in order here. The SP won’t necessarily reflect this until there is further consolidation or someone else swoops imo. Re the structural issue of how to grow the number of advisers, there’s an interesting comparison/analogy to the medical profession in a comment below the following article:
