Would be surprised if an announcement was not made prior to Mota's departure date - otherwise someone would have to take the role on an acting basis. I think if you look at their financials overtime this has produced single digit returns on capital/equity for the last few years and prior had been producing double digits for these indicators. Investors would have expected some drop in returns given the number/scale of the acquisitions conducted during these later years, but the business has changed markedly and someone new to scale the business and build for improved returns/margins is needed. Not sure if this one will jump up in price in the near term or on the back of a new CEO announcement, but medium/longer term looks good. I'm using the current SP as an opportunity to accumulate. IMO.
