NAB had a succession plan and played that out well with their announcement. Textbook continuity. Not a luxury that for Insignia has unfortunately and with the highly acquisitive growth strategy over the last few years and then change to the advice business model I think that they should be referencing NAB on how to plan for the future. IMO. Its 7th of Feb now and at the end of the month there is no CEO in place as it stands right now - good thing it's a leap year and we get an extra day in February. IMO.
