Market thinking there is more to it. Will synergies be realised, debt high, platform fees still high. Most stepped down on mutual agreement (read market lost confidence in him). He did lead cultural and organisational change, but this did not lead to profit growth. He acquired and gained critical mass, but no positive impact on earnings per share.
