If you read previous announcements, it has basically been under development / trialed since conception, then it appears a failed rollout in early 2020 with some overly optimistic announcements - burnt their reputation with the market.
My understanding, the difference here is they finally have a product that is ready to go to market, and has successfully been rolled out to their first paying customer (albeit immaterial) and used successfully in a BAU scenario.
The risk is management are full of BS, and it's easy to think based on historical announcements that could be the case. But, they forked out their own cash at $0.008 which IMO is at least some assurance they are genuine. I'm pretty sure Debbie (PPM group) acquired those shares for free, but good to have her on side.
The upside, it's integrated with PropertyMe / PropertyTree, and ready to be rolled out at scale.
