This is validation of their product at a commercial level, primed for further sales.

Yep, they're a tiny firm nowhere near AO1 head office.
The significance there IMO is that it shows that their product can successfully be rolled out, and used with no face to face contact required.

Considering this is the cheapest SaaS co on the market that isn't financially crippled with debt, it's a tough crowd.
