Curb your expectations / time frame for sales. Rushing a new product to market at scale is opening a can of worms.

Given it has been validated at small scale with a customer 8 hours away, I suspect we'll see significant sales within 3 months. Given how small the team is I think scaling may take time, but, I think they'll get there and Inspector360 is a decent chance of being a winner.
