This was trading at approx 11% discount to after tax nta prior to today (125 vs 140). This transaction should close that discount gap due to cash being their largest asset now. If we halve the discount to 5.5%, that equates to share price of 0.945 x 180 = 170c. In essence, I think we're more undervalued today than yesterday.
