The dilution is pretty bad - almost 2x as many shares on issue after all this washes through. Tembo and Nebari have coughed up to keep this thing afloat basically - they obviously were backed into a corner. Not sure how the retail offer will go - it's seems likely the SP will trade below the offer price at some point in the short term future.
