Yep, the addition of the wording to potential near term upside IF THE DEAL IS SUCCESSFUL also stood out to me. In all of the latest interviews T/O he's never mentioned that and just stated significant potential upside.
But too be fair they did also mentioned they were "encouraged" by how discussions were going so we could just be reading too far into the tea leaves.
But can't see a deal getting done in the next 19 trading days.
