what shit arrangement basically after initial month at 6c for placement shares the price reverts back to 5 dayd VWAP for 20 trading days that NLSC decides less 10% discount with floor price of 2c. SP is 2 4c so most likely the 800k$ will be raised at SP of 2c. what complete shit show and how does this prevent existing shareholders from getting diuted even further
useless CEO hasnt achieved anything cant even give timeline for funding for AD214 because he is either full of shit or just lying to market about so called 20 pharma companies showing interest
