Can I have my ubstantiaited posts back.
I said something along the lines that most of the c/r
money will be gone after relisting,(see Q1) and they will
c/r before the end of the year.
Here's another query,
They are issueing 2.6m c/notes to raise $2.221m
Are they $1 notes (why leave that out)

If $1 notes
$2.6m of notes to raise $2.221m and 10% discount on conversion.
At today's close of 2c
they get issued $2.6m @ 1.8c
144,444,444 shares
Works out @ 1.54c to raise $2.221m
C/notes limited to 200m shares max.
1.3cents x 200m = $2.6m
Nice to have a floor.
