The thing that is crystal clear from the annual report is that the Feldmans were paid directors fees by CGB in direct contradiction of CGBrep’s post, and also in contradiction to the quarterly cash flow reports, which do not record the amounts paid to the directors in section 6.1.
So nothing has been clarified.
