    Look through the companies that have ever in the small cap space that have ever organised such funding.
    This type of funding is what you call Death Spiral Financing... Not long ago they tapped into sophs for money at 6c (investors won't open wallets again), then withdrew $150k at 5c (where acuity probably said no more). So now they resorted to paying TowardsNetzeroLLC who provide to provide pre death style financing. We paid these guys to do this financing too.

    Hesta is a fugazi. They literally signed away terms that if they are to look for financing for a project they HAVE to go and show Hesta FIRST. Hesta will than do their DD and still have the right to refuse investment. It's a joke of a binding deal, to even bring that up as a binding agreement is shameful imho. A super fund will not invest into anything that's speculative, so they are either going to finance cash producing assets where RNE will be in debt to them. Again they are not taking a equity stake into RNE and it would be too risky for them to do so being a superfund.

    Its looking grim... Imho
