I do agree with a lot of the sentiment in statements. Very thorough calling centres, although in their defense, my son has been through 2 centres(not gem affiliated, currently still in one -new in Sydney) and the same thing had happened that's why we r with the new one.
I'm in below $3.00 and am considering an exit, but I have worse performers atm.
