    Can you find anything positive even...

    They have raised what they needed, I believe SPP is a bonus....may even get another $3-4m, who knows??

    If SP moves up by any chance all existing holders take up full allotment and they have more fund than needed and they may take it...why not..

    Different looking outlook with this CR...IMO..
