I feel with the new management and the funds from the institutional placement to support the financial structure of the company while management attempt to turn it around there is upside to the share price.
I did not support the raising as I managed to get the additional shares I was prepared to take up on the market @ 19c. As had been commented by other posters the interim results will be crucial - the company has loads of potential but the market needs to see there is some positive turnaround happening.
