One of the issues I like about longwall is the fact the private equity owners have been forced to sell by two major banks, as it's owned privatly you can't access much about the company in terms of sales/debt etc, however when it got sold for $250 Mill originally you can bet IDL are eye a fire sale, with the synergies they will intergrate longwall quite rapidly.

The main thing is they havn't come to all investors at .30c for a heavily diluted raising, also IMO it shows if insto's are stumping up $ even though equity has become more readily available of recent, insto's aren't going to put good money after bad.

My guess is a slight dip in the SP short term by a few cents and rally once the market digests what IDL will do with the funds, it seems like there will be a solid ann on longwall within weeks possibly shorter.

Either way I'm sticking with them and soon they will be a $500 mill capped company.
