Over subscribed which is nice. Retail can apply for up to $30k worth which is also nice.
BUT
It sh!ts me to tears that companies pull the trigger on cap raises at rock bottom prices. It also sh!ts me to tears that it is now clear that big fish knew that this raise was coming and smashed the share price. The company meanwhile sat back and did SFA.
All told anyone would think this is MEI's first rodeo doing a cap raise. Fckin insufferable IMO!!!
