This private placement is a validation of the worth of the Avita pipeline and the gross margins that are projected to hit 90%. It is a wise move to fill the bank account to monetize the pipeline. Japan PMDA approval for RECELL is within a few months if not sooner. Hopefully, this will be the last time the company needs to raise capital as it heads towards breakeven and beyond.
Its an hour to the close here in NY and the shares are trading at A$0.665 equivalent. So the haircut to this capital raise has been minimal and I expect new highs shortly. Cheers.
