It really shouldn't be too difficult to get new contract wins in the waste water treatment sector now.
Having Thames Valley on the resume is an amazing feat and without doubt, will become the most important contract win in PEH's history. The fact the SP only moved up 1c after the announcement tells me that some big money is getting in on this and currently soaking up all these shares, picking up loss making retail shares.
Look at PSY with a MC of $49m. They haven't even made one sale, they don't have a product! Cash is king in this current market, hard to come by on the cheap.
