PEH could take a page out of SOR on how to conduct a CR = Offer it to existing shareholders (Intended to accept $1m, $2.5m in applications received and offering to take on another $2m to bring a total of $4.5m).
These guys will report a loss for EOFY2016 and will need another CR in 12 months due to cash burn.
Disappointed.
