Very annoying and unfair. There should be a rule that anyone participating in the placement be restricted from selling their PEH shares a month before any announcement is made. If the ASX was serious about making the market fair, it's not hard to crack down on this insider trading behaviour. Just find out who participated in the placement and check whether they sold any of their holdings leading to the announcement. Happens too often nowadays.
