I'm not so sure about that. I think that their strategy is starting to come together. They have made very smart acquisitions to compliment their tech, JVs to increase their footprint and now some serous product validation. The Chinese can be painful to deal with to say the least and now they're gaining some cred away from here, is very positive. I started looking at them after the affyrmx deal and their leverage into government documents (they have really only scratched the surface here) and more seriously after the MOU with ORA. This is s serious step and I'm thankful I managed to get in in the 20c range.
