"How about I contact KOMIR and forward something to the ASX and if nothing comes of it I will leave it be. I will also let Rowena know I have done so, just to be transparent and to let her know that that old school culture of secrecy needs to stop." - you very familiar with the fine print and probably the best person to do what you suggest to do.
I know I said I will take back seat but this is very constructive discussion with a sprinkle of illiterate comments to make it funny at same time. So here I am still getting involved.
I read your very detailed analysis further up and if you are right then the problem is much bigger than the pending approval at Dubbo. For me to get to those points I have to research ASM for a week and not going to as I've seen enough unwarranted risks without even looking at your claims. Knowing you from other threads I find you very reasonable and careful/keen observer so I am confident you are right on many of the concerns you raised.
I personally think the last CEO left because he probably wanted to be more transparent and was not allowed. That's my opinion only and I can't be sure I am right on this. Just keep an eye on the new CEO and see if the company has changed anything in regards to reporting.
Initial observations - Last Q report should be all the new CEO recipe and the wording on Dubbo was not something I would say transparent and clear message or detailed reporting. Just a word salad that ASM did not issue go ahead notice to HEC but zero explanation why and that they met with HEC multiple times but no explanation what they are solving. Why mentioning you had multiple meetings without explaining what was discussed, what problem you are trying to resolve.
So my first impression is someone got himself his Yes Sir person in the CEO chair and now he can do whatever he pleases.
Good luck mate and I will alert you if I notice something that may have material impact.
