Absolutely agree. You only have to look at Mountain Pass which went bankrupt, and Lynas which was very close to it at one stage, but pulled through. The capital cost in ree are huge, and margins very thin, so you have to have your ducks lined up and the right circumstances, or you will run into trouble. Realistically Dubbo will need around $2b in funding to get off the ground , which is a huge sum of money, and a lot of debt to service. I also see Arafura have gone into a trading halt for a binding offtake agreement. Will be very interesting to see the terms, but congratulations to them. I think it might help us gauge where ASM are once we know details.
