4) what is the plan to open additional metal plants or if demand is sufficient, will KMP ramp to 16000tpa first before additional plants are considered?

I don't think you could make that assumption just from a photo. Could be something as simple as the amount of light used, the angle of the light, the camera itself, the distance to the object, etc, etc.
The sample from the pilot plant could have also been polished just for the photo shoot.
