First, we have reports from all forms of media and price signals saying specific REE's are in high demand.
Then we have the proposal that the magnets used for those wind turbines can't come from the Koreans we are dealing with. I struggle to accept that. I think the restraint of trade proposed unlikely, and at a minimum US and Japan would step in to ensure the critical components deliverable.
