@clatty, true that im assuming, here's why

    1. No evidence of KOMIR in recent supply of feedstock for NS World a Korean Entity or any ASM reference to access of a stockpile of feedstock for Korean Entities.secured by KOMIR. KOMIR not referenced since joint statement ceremony in Dec 2021.

Note: The South Korean Government represnted by the President of KOMIR provides its support to ASM in securing the required stockpile for the KMP to produce rare earth magnets for Korean Entities.

    2. The MOU with the Korean Development Bank and Province for a Rare Earth Hub or something can be interpreted as a replacement to KOMIR. The MOU has Global Supply Chain ambitions but in part is intended to source and supply a stockpile of required raw materials for production of rare earth magnets for Korean Entities.

Note: No official representation from South Korean Government. In fact this MOU is ASM going it alone in the KMP Province with the help of a Korean Development Bank. Its not until the Quarterly a sentence is added stating that the MOU indicates continued and expanding support from the South Korean Government. This is not an official statement and included in the quarterly after no reference in the original MOU release. The use of the word 'indicates' or similar term from ASM management in referencing the Government and their support is a self certifide statement.
This MOU always came across as odd. It was not needed as KOMIR was providing a similar service in an official Government capacity. No reference in the CR 'use of proceeds' to further explore the MOU. The MOU is refereced in the latest presentation as a milestone, however no strategic milestone of ths nature was ever set by the company. Weird further details required.

    3. In December 2021 the South Korean Government were pulling all stops to get the KMP built and operational to suport South Korean businesses. Fast forward 12 months and there is no sign of official Government representation of the KMP or Korean Tech Specialists appointed by Government to assist with commissioning and supply of feedstock for commissioning. and

    4. Korean Consortium is still alive, yet we are left to assume there was no pushback from them in the recent capiral raising. Conditions relating to equity purchase not yet conpleted. The consortium fund assisting ASM with Australian and Korean matters but no reference to them acting in the capacity of the Korean Government.

    5. ASM talking up US contracts with trips abroad yet KMP sits in a South Korean Province and there is little to no diplomatic or professional references from ASM in their recent communication.

I would ask at the AGM who is the official South Korean Government reprentative (not Governor of Province) ASM is collaberating with in improving the supply chain for rare earth magnets including sourcing feedstock.
